GenEra: developing the professionals of tomorrow
We launched GenEra Neuquén, a three-year program developed in partnership with Tecpetrol and the Province of Neuquén to strengthen technical secondary education.
The initiative focuses on building human capital to meet thee future workspace demands of the oil and gas industry. It covers 65% of all technical secondary institutions in Neuquén.

Vista Scholarships - Cimientos
In collaboration with the NGO Cimientos, we awarded 30 university scholarships and 30 secondary school scholarships to promote educational opportunities for young people from vulnerable local communities.

Mujeres en STEM
Through the ExA Foundations, we trained 23 teachers nationwide in gender diversity tolos to promote interest in STEM among girls and adolescents, benefiting 47 school and more tan 1,500 students. This program is part of the Project “Strengthening the STEM Pathway for Young Women in Argentina”, co-funded by the European Union developed through a strategic alliance between Chicas en Tecnología, Fundación Cimientos and Enseñá por Argentina.

Techo
Together with the organization TECHO, our volunteer team carried out the construction of emergency housing in the cities of Neuquén and Buenos Aires, with the goal of providing long-term sustainable solutions and improving living conditions for residents of informal settlements.

Alentando el deporte
For the fourth consecutive year, we sponsored the “Alentando el Deporte” contest in partnership with the Laureus Foundation, aimed at promoting local sports development, In the province of Rio Negro, we provided financial support to 13 high-performance local athletes and 6 sports organizations. In the province of Neuquén, the first edition was held in 2024, awarding 6 athletes and 3 sports organizations. Fundación Espartanos
Together with the fundación Espartanos, Vista volunteers participated in rugby training sessions at Unit No. 48 in San Martin and at Prison No. 11 in Neuquén. In Buenos Aires, we also joined the spirituality sessions, dedicated to praying the rosary.

ITBA Scholarships
In order to encourage gender equality in STEM education, we awarded 8 scholarships, distributed equally between male and female students, to students from ITBA and Universidad Austral, with primary focus on students from low-income backgrounds.
